Ando is made up of human capital mainly from the Japanese community, with the commitment and vocation to preserve its culture, traditions and to facilitate the insertion of the community into the Argentine labor market. Through Fundación Sadao Ando, the company transcends this genuine commitment to the community, cooperating with Nikkei institutions and related groups, among which the followings are highlighted:

· Support to Nichia Gakuin (Argentine Japanese Private Institute School), whose purpose is to preserve and transmit the language, customs and different aspects of the cultural heritage of Japan.

· Present the traditional gold medal of Fundación Sadao Ando to the best students of the Argentine-Japanese Nichia Gakuin Private Institute for the primary and secondary level respectively, attending the annual diploma and end-of-course event.

· Cooperate with different Nikkei groups in Argentina (people of Japanese origin in Argentina) to organize children's soccer, athletics, and volleyball tournaments
